First, you need to gather enough people together to take the trip. Second, contact the charter department at the number above (or see “Staff” for an e-mail address) and get a quote for the type of trip you are taking.
We will need to know approximately how many people are traveling, how many days you are going to need the coach, pick up and destination addresses, pickup time, and time you plan to depart your destination to return home. Pricing may change based on seeing complete itinerary.
You will first receive a quote. At the time of receipt, you will be required to give a $100.00 deposit for single day trips or a 10% deposit for multi-day trips to reserve the equipment. If you are a pre-approved customer or a school, exceptions for deposit terms can be made (such as use of a purchase order number). The balance will be due 14 days prior to the beginning of the trip or you may be billed if you are a school or previously approved customer. We accept all major credit cards, money orders, cashier’s checks, or personal checks.
The luxury coach comes fully equipped with all the modern amenities (lavatory, individual reclining seats w/footrest, overhead compartments, lower luggage bays, and GPS tracking system). This also includes a professional,uniformed, & Level II screened driver, fuel, and a 24 hour dispatch contact.
The rate does not include driver gratuity (this can be added in at your request), parking fees, tolls, and hotel accomodations on overnight trips.
Yes, we allow food & beverages on the bus. We ask that you keep all trash contained for disposal and we do not allow glass containers.

Training: We require our drivers to have a minimum of 168-hours of training and continually retrain and refresh their driving skills throughout the year. We also train our drivers in customer service. Our drivers must also wear a uniform and must uphold a code of professionalism at all times.
Safety: First of all, we have a Safety Director and Safety/Training staff. This effort of safety and training results in a Safety Rating of “Satisfactory” as reported by the Department of Transportation. Our Department of Defense rating is “1”. The best rating in the industry.
Reliability: We have mechanics that are on duty 24-hours a day/7-days a week/ and 365-days a year. Therefore, if a problem should arise, the mechanics are there to address the problem in a timely manner. The risk of being stranded along the road is minimal. They also run each bus through the wash-bay and inspect each bus after each trip to ensure that it is clean, safe, and sound.
Customer Service: As noted above, our drivers are trained in customer service. They are reminded daily how important our customers are to us. Safe, Reliable and Courteous service is our motto.
Our dispatch office is open approximately 18-hours a day which ensures increased communications between drivers, mechanics, customers, etc if any problems may arise.
We also offer a well-experienced & knowledgeable Sales Department that handles all our customer’s needs with respect and professionalism to ensure a smooth travel experience regardless if it is a charter or an excursion.
Martz First Class of Florida offers single day & multi day trips throughout Florida, the continental U.S. & Canada. We provide travel for charter trips, shuttles, cruise excursions and airport transfers.

Our customer base consists of schools, college and university groups, senior groups, religious groups, military moves, children’s camps, professional sports teams, bus banks, tour operators, and individuals.

Out Safety Rating is “1” as reported by the Department of Defense. Again, this is the best rating possible in the industry.
Martz carries $10 million in liability insurance, which is twice the industry standard. A copy of our Certificate of Insurance is available upon request.
Martz Group has a total of over 250 motorcoaches. Overall charter fleet size is important. It provides a gauge to the operator’s ability to supply alternate vehicles in the event of a mechanical problem, for multi-bus movements, on weekends, or during peak seasons.
